Meu Tetto Magazine
A Publitetto publication
Quality information for borrowers. Meu Tetto is the first publication in the form of a magazine from Publitetto. Sixty pages of contents about the Financial Housing System (´SFH´) distributed in stories, photographs, editorial, articles and borrower doubts.
Written in easy, accessible language, Meu Tetto proposes to inform borrowers and people interested in this matter, what´s new in Brazil in terms of housing. In issue no. zero, available in our premises, we attempt to approach all the matters that a borrower needs to know to keep abreast of his/her housing contract and the SFH.
The purpose of no. zero is to serve as a permanent consultation handbook,
this being the reason any borrower who has a Tetto
Habitação-managed contract receives an issue of that magazine.
The cover report in this issue deals with ´How to add value to your house´, and is useful not only for borrowers, but also for anyone wishing to keep his home well cared for and free of the risks that threaten any building. We talk to professionals in quest for some cues such as, without having to spend much money, maintaining the house in order, attractive, and better, financially more valuable.
The other subjects approached in no. zero are: Law 10150/00 and its impact on the borrower´s life, the importance of the housing insurance, how to understand the bank slip. What is a bank slip, and what is the use of the housing contract, the importance of the mortgage, the advantages of keeping the installments up-to-date, and how works the Tetto Habitação teleservice. At the end of the issue we give the User´s Handbook formed by 60 doubts of borrowers, as answered by law and housing credit specialists.
